Martin is an experienced project manager and chartered town planner with a history in local planning, economic development and regeneration through leisure.  He worked in the public sector for twelve years – where he had particular responsibility for the regeneration of Brighton Seafront and City Centre during the 1990s – and has now worked in the private sector in tourism & leisure planning and development consultancy for more than a decade.

John has more than twenty-five years’ experience in the leisure property market and specialises in property and business valuation, feasibility studies for major mixed use leisure-led property developments, and the creation and marketing of development opportunities within the converging retail, tourism, leisure and media markets.

Nigel has more than six years’ private sector consultancy experience specialising in the hospitality and leisure sectors and comes from an operational background in hotels.  He has a wide range of experience across a number of leisure and tourism sectors and specialises in market and financial appraisals as well as need assessments to support planning applications.

Senior Consultant

Peter has more than four years’ private sector leisure consultancy experience and is a graduate in Tourism & Planning.  He has worked across a broad spectrum of sports, leisure and tourism sectors, specialising in market, financial and option appraisals of new investment proposals.  He has recently authored the first detailed study of the burgeoning UK holiday lodge market.
