Beech Hurst Gardens is a municipal park and day visitor attraction including miniature railway, tennis courts, 9 hole pitch and putt, gardens, childrens play area, and restaurant facility. The restaurant had fallen into dis-use, and Humberts Leisure Consulting were asked to advise upon the potential leisure market for the re-provision of restaurant, café and kiosk facilities. We conducted an appraisal of the local market for new restaurant facilities and identified a potential market for a multiple chain family pub restaurant facility. We were subsequently commissioned to put together a development brief to market the site for new leisure development.
Valuation & Property Portfolio Review

HLL Humberts Leisure were commissioned to provide valuation and planning advise in a strategic review of a portfolio of community pubs which had been acquired by Pennant Inns. We were asked to comment upon the potential for obtaining planning consent for alternative uses such as residential and to provide an open market value of the portfolio for loan security purposes.
