• Austria  -  Feasibility Study for a conference/exhibition hall on the Exhibition grounds in Reid. Feasibility study for the International Academy of Power Management in Vienna, Austria.  This included a market demand analysis, concept definition and financial feasibility study.  The development consists of many components including: a training centre, conference centre, large hotel, restaurants, retail outlets and a health and fitness department. 
• Bulgaria -    Development of a market led business plan and feasibility study for a mid market hotel in Bansko focused on business through tour operators and the development of a market led business plan and feasibility study for an upmarket resort hotel with a destination spa and casino. 
• Cyprus - Business plan for a 1,000 hectare site in Cyprus including three hotels, two 18-hole golf courses, golf academy, beach clubs, retail, professional sports training facility, turtle sanctuary, wildlife park, approx. 1,500 real estate units, including villas, apartments, townhouses and timeshare.  Business plan and operator selection for a hotel and spa in the Troodos Mountains, Cyprus.
• Croatia - Development of a market led business plan and feasibility study for an upper mid-market city centre hotel focused on business travellers in Zagreb

• France - Feasibility Study and Business Plan for new Chateau based destination resort, including golf course, spa, hotel and first homes in Southern Normandy. Professional reaction to potential acquisition of major hotel in Nice.  Site analysis and initial financial projections for resort near Avignon. Provided assurance for the owner of a trophy hotel in Paris as to the value of the hotel and its potential future performance. Performed an operations review and marketing plan for an operational vineyard Chateau Les Crostes, on behalf of the buyer. Professional reaction to the financial viability of the acquisition of two hotels in Courchevel 1850.

• Germany - Appraisal of the potential market demand for a conference/training hotel near Frankfurt.  The appraisal included over 50 interviews with local demand generators that provided information on both the national training and conference market and on the micro market for this specific development.  Assisted with the assessment of the potential of selling a German regional airport, identified potential buyers, and guided the client through the tender and acquisition process.  Feasibility study for a large UK leisure Plc to assess the viability of a Food Led Entertainment Centre in one of the major German towns
• Greece - Business plan and operator selection for two hotels on the island of Crete, Greece.

• Italy - Business Plan for vacation ownership scheme in Tuscany, and implementation of the scheme. Professional reaction to six mixed use sites in Puglia, Calubria and Sicily.  Business Plan and refinancing for mixed use resort, including golf, north of Florence.

• Montenegro - Market  Research for major marina based mixed use scheme, including hotels, real estate, village centre, retail, bars and restaurants, sport facilities , medical centre, church and heritage museum in Tivat.

• Netherlands - A feasibility study, concept definition and building cost analysis for a 4 star, 100 bedroom hotel located in a grade A listed converted university building in the Netherlands.  The University also wished an assessment of the management options for the planned development.  Organisation, development and management of the housekeeping department of a 66 bedroom four star hotel. Installation and configuration of the Fidelio Property Management software for front and back office for a hotel.  Installation and configuration of Micros software for a medium sized up-market restaurant. This included the necessary linkages with the rooms department, the health club and other F&B departments within the hotel.  Organisation of the administration for a health club belonging to a hotel.
• Poland - Strategic plan for the establishment of a chain of budget hotels throughout Poland.
