HLL Humberts Leisure was commissioned by Lewisham Borough Council to research the market for a hotel for two potential sites in Catford Town Centre. Our analysis identified a potential gap in the local provision of hotels in the area, reinforced by identified shortages in the wider London market and validated by a canvas of potential operators. We also investigated the potential market for supporting uses, in particular restaurants and bars, and health & fitness. We provided estimated values for the two sites in hotel use and advised upon the necessary actions to take the proposals forward.
Health Spa Valuation and Market Advice

HLL Humberts Leisure were commissioned to provide valuation and market advice with regard to a proposed Residential Health Spa at Thorpe Hall in Essex. Subsequently our Consulting Division were asked to advise upon the market and appropriate size for a residential health spas in connection with the submission of a planning application for the proposed development.
