RevPAR grows by 4.1% at London hotels

London hotels saw revPAR grow by 4.1% in the week ending 27 January, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.  RevPAR climbed to ₤111.99, up from ₤107.57 during the equivalent week of 2007.  Occupancy fell by 1.2 percentage points to 79% while average room rate increased by 5.7% to ₤141.71 compared with ₤134.14 in the corresponding week of 2007.
