RevPAR grows by nearly 8% at London hotels

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 7.7% in the week ending 9 March, according to figures form hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar grew to ₤111.95, up from ₤103.94 during the equivalent week of 2007. Occupancy increased by 1.45 percentage points to 79.98% while average room rate grew by 5.75% to ₤139.97 compared with ₤132.37 in the corresponding week of 2007.
