Revpar soars by 32% at London hotels

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 32.21% in the week ending 6 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.  Revpar climbed to ₤99.86, up from ₤75.54 during the equivalent week of 2007.  Occupancy grew by 3.56 percentage points to 74.47% while average room rate soared by 25.88% to ₤134.10 compared with ₤106.53 in the corresponding week of 2007.
