Revpar soars by nearly 37% at London hotels

London hotels boosted revpar by 36.63% in the week ending 13 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench. Revpar climbed to ₤109.77, up from ₤80.34 during the equivalent week of 2007. Occupancy grew by 12.29 percentage points to 80.08% while average rate increased by 15.67% to ₤137.07 compared with ₤118.50 in the corresponding week of 2007.
