Revpar declines by 2% at London hotels

London hotels saw revpar decline by 2.25% in the week ending 27 April, according to figures from The Bench. Revpar fell to ₤122.58, down from ₤125.41 during the equivalent week of 2007. Occupancy dropped by 4.05 percentage points to 85.13% but average room rate increased by 2.39% to ₤144 compared with ₤140.63 in the corresponding week of 2007.
