All clear for Hartlepool waterfront scheme

Stockton-based Jomast Developments has gained consent for a £100m redevelopment of the waterfront at Hartlepool Marina. Planning permission has been granted for a four-star hotel, restaurants, shops, offices, and waterside flats on the 11.49-acre Trincomalee Wharf at Jackson Dock. Stuart Monk, managing director of Jomast Developments said “…It has the potential to become a new landmark destination for the North East and will benefit the town, its people and the wide business community.
