HLL Humberts Leisure, the golf & leisure property specialists,is pleased to report the sale of Richings Park Golf & Country Club, Buckinghamshire, to Deer Park Hotel & Golf Course, following a private marketing exercise.
Richings Park Golf & Country Club, which is located close to the M25 / M4 Motorway interchange, has been trading since 1995. The Club comprises a freehold 18 hole parkland golf course, 5 hole golf academy, practice range and a 1,640 sq m (17,650 sq ft) clubhouse complex. Deer Park Hotel & Golf Course operates an 80 bedroom hotel and Ireland’s largest golf complex located at Howth, some 9 miles from central Dublin.
