Construction work for the fifth Center Parcs site, to be built in Warren Wood, near Woburn, Bedfordshire, has been delayed further due to a condition in the planning permission.  When complete, the £200m holiday park will comprise 700 forest villas, a 75-bed hotel and spa and two main centres including indoor sports, a swimming pool, restaurants and retail outlets.
