Latest Statistics have revealed that over 53,000 new members joined the Camping and Caravanning Club last year and more than 20,000 of them had at least one child – the Club is optimistic that this figure will rise again in 2009 as families opt to holiday at home.  The Club’s advance bookings are currently 15 per cent higher than this time last year.  A recent survey by Outwell, a leading innovator in the family camping market, confirmed that UK families will look at more affordable holiday options this year and that the camping market will experience an increase.
