Developer Sunlight Projects, advised by Weston Williamson, has obtained full planning permission to redevelop a former antiques warehouse on Tower Bridge Road for an ‘apart-hotel’.  The scheme, that also includes ground level commercial space, on the west side of Tower Bridge Road has been endorsed by Southwark Council. The council is keen to create a series of north-south and east-west pedestrian routes to connect with the wider Bermondsey Street area and the ‘apart-hotel’ fits with this plan. Sunlight Projects have developed an ‘apart-hotel’ concept in Southwark and in west London.
